On Thursday, February 12, 2009, Steven took his Grandmommy out to celebrate her birthday in style- at Southern Exposure Restaurant in Faison, NC. She's been longing to try the macaroni & cheese noodle cake, which came with the porkchop dish she ordered. They had a wonderful time!

Monday Movie Group Celebration!

Leah is part of a Monday Movie Group that gets together monthly to watch a movie and enjoy each other's company. In January, they surprised Leah with a cake!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LEAH WOODBURY JONES JENNINGS!

On January 17, we held a small surprise party for Leah Jennings at Café Liardi in the Burgaw Antique Center in Burgaw, NC to celebrate her 75th birthday. Recognizing that her family and friends are spread far and wide across the globe, we're asking everyone who knows Leah to celebrate her birthday with her sometime in 2009- send her a card, take her to lunch, a movie, a hike, on a cruise, sing her a song, write her a haiku (and send it to us so we can post it!), teach her to hang glide... whatever you'd like to do with her to celebrate her life.
